Stephanie Homes Construction, Inc. is a family-owned corporation registered with the SEC since September, 1985. Our main line of business is Land Development, House Construction and Interior Decor. For over 20 years, SHCI has developed low cost and middle income residential subdivisions and houses in Cebu City, Lapu-lapu City and Ormoc City in the Visayan Islands, Philippines. Its projects over the years are Stephanie Homes (Sto. Nino Village), Airport villa Subdivision (Mactan), Teresa Hills (Consolacion) and Buena Vida Heights Subdivision (Ormoc City). Through successful partnerships with land owners under Joint Venture Agreements, SHCI has gained the trust of both landowners and real estate buyers.
Luis Cusi, President and General Manager of SHCI, descends from Victorino H. Cusi, a well-known and respected developer of quality, residential subdivisions in Cebu City and Davao City such as the Sto. Nino Village, Sunny Hills Subdivision, Villa San Jose Subdivision, St. Martin heights (Cebu) and Ladislawa Village (Davao).
In recent years, SHCI has entered into residential leasing and commercial leasing. It also maintains an inventory of select properties in Cebu province, Davao City, Surigao City and Siargao Island that are for sale at reasonable prices. Good investments that are sure to give the real estate investor a good return for their money.
In 2013, SHCI plans to pursue, by God’s grace, development of its properties in Talamban, Balamban and in 2015, its 10 hectare property in Toril, Davao City.
